Important Legal Notice: This is an English translation of the original German withdrawal conditions for informational purposes only. In case of any discrepancies, the German version is legally binding. For legal certainty, please refer to the German original version.

Return Process

Contact us before returning goods!

Please contact us before returning goods first via email at support@technowear.store, before shipping the items back to us, so we can coordinate the return process together.

At the bottom of every page, in the footer, you will find a withdrawal button. You can use it to submit your withdrawal directly and formally at any time.

However, if your return concerns a print that isn't right or a quality issue, it's best to simply send us an email. In these cases it is usually not a withdrawal at all – you will normally receive a free replacement from us. You do not need to use the withdrawal button for this.

In your email, just briefly let us know what isn't right, the reason for the return, which item you would like to return, and whether you prefer a refund or a store credit.

Withdrawal Notice for Consumers

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you, take possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can use the withdrawal button in the footer of our website or send us a clear statement (e.g. by email) to:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

In the event of an effective withdrawal, we will refund all payments received without undue delay, at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back and inspected them, or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. Inspection of the returned goods may take a few days. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original order.
